Welcome to Cybersoft Infotech. CyberWeb Agency (USA) operates as a division and brand of Cybersoft Infotech (India). By using our websites and services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided

Cybersoft Infotech and its U.S.-based division, CyberWeb Agency, provide IT consulting, SEO, website design and development, digital marketing, and technical support services. All services are delivered digitally; no physical products are shipped.

2. Payments & Billing

• All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise mutually agreed.
• Invoices must be paid in full before project work begins or before service continuation.
• Payments are accepted only through secure and authorized payment gateways.

3. Delivery of Services

Project timelines will be mutually agreed upon before commencement. Delays caused due to lack of input, feedback, or approvals from the client are not the responsibility of Cybersoft Infotech or CyberWeb Agency.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Our Refund and Cancellation Policy (available on a separate page) applies to all transactions and clients globally.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate and timely project requirements.
• Access credentials or authorization provided for IT support must be valid and legally owned by the client.
• Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of their data before engaging our support services.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cybersoft Infotech, including its U.S. division CyberWeb Agency, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the final deliverables unless otherwise stated. Cybersoft Infotech reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio, except for confidential or NDA-protected work.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. For clients based in the United States, CyberWeb Agency will attempt to resolve disputes amicably before any legal escalation.

9. Relationship Between Brands

CyberWeb Agency (USA) is owned, managed, and operated by Cybersoft Infotech (India). Both entities follow the same service standards, policies, and support framework.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
